The most beautiful places to visit in Phu Yen Province

Below are some unique check-in places which always make tourists interested in their charming and wonderful sceneries.

1. Bai Xep

Bai Xep is located in the North of Tuy Hoa city which is about 500 m in length. It is famous for the scene of two beaches of great black rocks covering both ends of Bai Xep. Here, there are also lots of kinds of cactus which draw the attention of many people.

2. Ganh Den lighthouse

This lighthouse is well-known for its layers of basalt rocks; therefore, it is a tourist attraction that visitor should not miss when traveling to Phu Yen province due to the beautiful afternoon sunshine. It is far about 30km from Tuy Hoa city to the North.

3. Vung Ro

Vung Ro is a small green bay which belongs to Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa district and locates near the edge of Deo Ca mountain range. This bay is also the natural border between Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa on the sea.

4. Mr. Tiger bridge

Mr. Tiger bridge (which is also known as Binh Thanh bridge or Tuy An bridge) is now remaining the record of the longest bridge in Vietnam. The main materials used to establish this bridge are woods and bamboos; in which, only its clinch-nail are made of iron.

5. Dong Cam dam

Dong Cam dam lies in the West of Tuy Hoa district which is 688 m in length and includes over 2500 large and small items. There are two major canals of North and South supplying water for the whole field area of 220 km2 of Tuy Hoa district. Dong Cam is a work of high technology and aesthetic value.

6. Da Bia mountain

Da Bia mountain is conventionally called as Thach Bi Son or Ong mountain. This is the highest mountain in the mountain area belonging Deo Ca mountain range. It is famous for its huge rock which is about 80m in height on the top of the mountain, and it can be seen from a long distance away.

7. Mang Lang Church

Mang Lang church was built in 1892. It is located in An Thach commune, Tuy An district which is about 35 km far from Tuy Hoa city to the North. This church is also considered to be the oldest one in Phu Yen and one of the most ancient churches in Vietnam.

8. Xuan Dai bay

Xuan Dai bay is a small bay locating at the foot of Gang slope, belonging the area of Song Cau commune. There are many nice beaches here such as Vung La, Vung Su, Vung Chao. In which, Nhat Tu Son is known as the most beautiful island, attracting travelers with a long white tongue of sand connecting to the land.

9. Bai Mon Beach

Bai Mon beach is about 400 m in length. It situates between two mountain making up a bow shape with a slight slope. At the foot of these mountains, there are lots of dangerous rocks, jutting out to the sea. In the West of Bai Mo lies a fresh stream.

10. Van Hoa Plateau

Van Hoa is regarded as Da Lat of Phu Yen province. This plateau locates in Son Hoa district and at the high of 400 m into the sea. It is always full of sunshine, wind and even dew. Here, it is also famous for some specialties, such as pineapple, jackfruit and fish sauce made from these kinds of fruit.
